Is Refect a mobile app I need to download?
No. Refect is a web app that runs directly in your phone, tablet, or computer browser. No installation required. You access the editor from your Refect store URL, on iOS, Android, Mac, or PC.
How does product listing generation work?
Refect uses multiple specialized catalog agents working in parallel: one extracts raw data (photo, invoice, barcode), one prepares the title and description with a tone suited to your sector, and one checks consistency with the rest of your catalog. All in under 15 seconds per product.
Can I edit multiple products at the same time?
Yes. The bulk editor lets you select multiple products from your catalog and apply batch changes: update a category, change prices, regenerate descriptions, or add an image. Changes are pushed in one shot to Shopify or Square.
Are PDF supplier invoices supported?
Yes. Refect accepts photos taken with your phone, PDF files, and scanned images. OCR analyzes the content and extracts relevant product data: references, names, prices, quantities. Missing data is completed from available product and supplier information.
Does Refect replace the Shopify or Square admin interface?
